Comments: This attractive little German tin was made around 1910 and it has a very nice chromolithographic image on its lift off lid. It shows a jolly little gnome stirring his bubbling pot over an open roaring fire, as he carefully prepares his mysterious and beneficial potion.
The tin proudly states “Wound healing ointment, excellent household remedy against fire and frost burns, skin rash, leg damages and wounds of any kind”.
